Responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert for RTR to guide system fixes and escalations.
• Serve as POC for Finance-related improvements impacting RTR.
• Lead complex change initiatives with project management discipline.
• Provide periodic financial reporting to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across AWS, ISA, Compliance, Payroll Ops, Total Rewards for RTR documentation.
