Job summary

Accenture is hiring an RTR Analyst in the Philippines to support financial reporting, account reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities with accuracy and compliance to accounting standards. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting-related field and at least 6 months of RTR experience.

Onsite work is required in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, or Taguig, with a night shift or shifting schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in RTR, General Ledger, Financial Reporting, or Accounting.
• Experience in journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, month-end close, or financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Amenable to work onsite in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, or Taguig.
• Willing to work on a night shift or shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and accounting adjustments
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances
• Support month-end and year-end close activities
• Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and reporting accuracy
