Accenture Philippines is seeking an experienced R2R Ops Analyst to join our Finance Operations team. You will collect operational data reports, perform analysis, and reconcile transactions to determine financial outcomes.

Aligned with our Finance Operations vertical, you will help deliver timely, accurate information for strategic and financial decisions. The role may involve rotating shifts and close collaboration with peers and supervisors in a dynamic, global professional services environment.

Qualifications

• BCom degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in R2R.
• Banking client experience preferred.

What would you do?

• You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions.
• A Finance and Accounting (F&A) management process which involves collecting, processing and delivering relevant, timely and accurate information used for providing strategic, financial and operational feedback to understand how a business is performing.
• It covers the steps involved in preparing and reporting the overall accounts which are typically stored in a general or nominal ledger and managed by a Controller.

What are we looking for?

• Primary skill - Record To Report (R2R) - P1
• Resource should be having banking client experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems.
• Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
• In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and or Accenture management.
• You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
• The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others.
• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work.
