Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an R2R Transformation Manager in Pasay, Philippines to lead end-to-end Record to Report improvements within a global manufacturing SSC.

You will drive process excellence, partner with Global Process Owners, build business cases, and champion standardization, automation, and governance across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance transformation or process excellence.
• Strong Record to Report background within SSC/SSO environments.
• Proven project and change management experience in global organizations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems, preferably S/4HANA.
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
