Job summary

CITADEL Pacific Ltd. in the Philippines seeks an experienced Finance Controller to lead accounting diligence across the group and maintain GLs in line with the accounting manual.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will drive month-end closings, improve processes, ensure compliance, and provide regular financial reporting and insights to stakeholders. CPA with 10+ years in finance controllership preferred; CPA required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
• CPA certification preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Finance Controllership required

Responsibilities

• Develop or improve finance processes that drive more efficiency and faster monthly closings.
• Coordinate with Finance to lead process improvements, regular reporting and financial excellence.
• Perform GL reporting (driven by KPIs), financial and management reporting for stakeholders and leaders.
• Lead financial controllership to ensure proper controls and compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Drive RTR for proper posting of entries as part of financial diligence.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements directed by ROHQ Finance.
• Collaborate with ROHQ internal audit as needed for audit concerns.
• Support Finance Director for major projects including Transition and AI initiatives.
• Assist Finance Director with any other ad hoc reporting or tasks required by the business.

This position will have core responsibility for leading and driving accounting diligence within the group. Therole will maintain the general ledger of each company's books in accordance with the accounting manual.The role shall support the Director for any accounting and controllership needs.A role that shall promote a culture of continuous improvement and collaborative working environmentbetween the stakeholders involved.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Employee will:

• Develop or improve any existing finance processes that drives more efficiency and drives better monthly closingprocedures.
• Coordinate with Finance to lead any process improvements, operational efficiencies, regular reporting andfinancial excellence.
• Perform GL reporting (driven by preidentified KPIs), Financial and management reporting and present it tostakeholders and leaders.
