Job summary

GoGBS is seeking an experienced Record to Report Supervisor to lead the accounting team in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting. The role focuses on reconciliation, closing processes, and strong leadership across the accounting functions.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of accounting experience, supervisory exposure, and robust knowledge of GAAP/IFRS. Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle, and Excel is highly desirable for this hands-on leadership position based in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience in balance sheet reconciliation and intercompany accounting.
• Proficient in SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar systems, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger and financial reporting.
• Lead balance sheet reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations.
• Review journal entries and financial statements for accuracy.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and support management reporting.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and mentor the team.
