Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Taguig (BGC) is seeking a Finance Leader to oversee all accounting and financial reporting, ensuring timely closes and IFRS-compliant external group reporting. You will ensure compliance with local GAAP, manage direct tax obligations, and drive SOX controls, audits, and continuous process improvements.

The role requires hands-on leadership to mentor the finance team, optimize workflows, and collaborate with international stakeholders on complex reporting and governance matters.

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with international stakeholders.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP accounting standards.
• Experience managing full-cycle financial reporting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting processes, ensuring timely period-end close.
• Prepare and submit quarterly and annual financial reports in IFRS for external group reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local GAAP and manage direct tax reporting.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy.
• Enforce adherence to company policies and SOX controls.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure successful outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial processes through standardization.
• Leverage technology to optimize financial workflows.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team to maximize performance and growth.
