As Associate , you will ensure that all daily cash and security reconciliations are completed accurately for both yourself and your team.
Serve as the intermediary between portfolio management teams, custodians, brokers, and clients.
Reconcile portfolios and promptly resolve discrepancies.
Facilitate timely and precise resolution of various data management issues, including feed problems and major incidents.
Champion and support change initiatives and transformation projects involving Enterprise Reconciliations.
Address stakeholder inquiries efficiently.
Uphold 100% quality and accuracy standards for both self and team.
Work closely with stakeholders such as IT, business units, DAG teams, and external parties.
Continually optimize data acquisition and static maintenance processes by leveraging ETL and self-service tools.
Track and report errors and incidents promptly.
Lead teams for specific business units or clients; oversee KPIs, KRIs, and OKRs for your group.
Oversee people management duties, including appraisals.
Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Proficiency in reconciliation tools such as TLM/TLP/IDC/Intelli Match.
Excellent communication and presentation skills suited for varied audiences and seniority levels.
Self-motivation, adaptability, and initiative in challenging situations.
Strong teamwork skills and flexibility to work beyond stated responsibilities and expertise areas.
B.Com degree.
Has relevant experience, particularly in Cash and Position Reconciliations, Data Acquisition groups, TLM/TLP, Intellimatch, IDC.
A1 - 1–2 years
SA – 3 – 8 years
Profound knowledge of multiple asset classes and their life cycles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
Understanding of applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Strong sense of ownership and capability to engage across organizational levels.
Ability to actively contribute to transformation projects and add value.
Effective multitasking skills.
Willingness to work across APAC, EMEA, and NAM shifts.
