Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an Accountant - Reconciliation to own bank account reconciliations, investigate issues, and drive process improvements. You will collaborate with multiple departments to resolve reconciling items and mentor junior staff.

The role requires 2–4 years in accounting, bank reconciliation experience, and a CPA is preferred. Willingness to work in Cubao is needed, with opportunities to contribute to projects across finance and operations.

Qualifications

• At least 2-4 years of experience in accounting.
• Actual experience in balance sheet or bank reconciliation.
• Experience in training or coaching team members.
• CPA is preferred.
• Experience in financial services industry or shared services is desirable.
• Willing to work in Cubao.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile assigned bank accounts and investigate findings.
• Communicate issues identified with other departments and disbursement channels.
• Monitor and resolve reconciling items.
• Lead team projects related to reconciliation and process improvements.
• Train/mentor junior team members.
