Job summary

Shinagawa Lasik and Aesthetics Philippines is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet visitors, assist walk-in clients, and answer queries at our BGC Taguig location. You will collect basic patient information, issue receipts, and support cashiering duties.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or related field, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is willing to be assigned to the BCC branch. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them in a pleasing manner.
• Assist walk-in clients/patients’ inquiries.
• Respond to telephone calls and answer queries correctly.
• Gathers patient information by collecting demographic information.
• Issue receipts and safekeeping of cashier’s copy.
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure accuracy.
• Calculate total payments received and reconcile with total sales.
• Submit daily sales report.
• Other tasks as assigned by Management.
