HH GROUP OF COMPANIES - CTSPHERE is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving/Inventory Staff to join our Opol warehouse in Misamis Oriental. This full-time role ensures accurate receipt, storage, and documentation of goods to support efficient distribution and customer service.

You will perform inspections, enter data into the inventory system, label items, conduct cycle counts, and help maintain safety standards while operating forklifts and handheld scanners as required.

• Proven experience in warehousing, distribution, or inventory management.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and warehouse software.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items regularly.
• Basic computer literacy and handheld scanning device operation.

• Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments to verify quantities, quality, and condition against purchase orders and delivery documentation
• Recording received goods into the inventory management system with accurate descriptions, quantities, and storage locations

About the role

HH GROUP OF COMPANIES - CTSPHERE is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Receiving/Inventory Staff member to join our warehousing and distribution operations in Opol, Misamis Oriental. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management systems. As Receiving/Inventory Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming and outgoing goods are properly documented, stored, and tracked. This role is fundamental to our supply chain operations and directly impacts our ability to meet customer demands and maintain operational excellence.

What we're looking for

• Proficiency in using inventory management systems and warehouse software
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail when recording and tracking inventory
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items regularly, with physical stamina to perform warehouse duties
• Familiarity with warehouse health and safety protocols and procedures
• Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise multiple tasks
• Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Valid driver's licence would be an advantage for certain warehouse operations
• Previous experience with receiving or dispatch operations is highly desirable
