HH GROUP OF COMPANIES - CTSPHERE is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving/Inventory Staff to join our Opol warehouse in Misamis Oriental. This full-time role ensures accurate receipt, storage, and documentation of goods to support efficient distribution and customer service.

You will perform inspections, enter data into the inventory system, label items, conduct cycle counts, and help maintain safety standards while operating forklifts and handheld scanners as required.

Competenze

• Proven experience in warehousing, distribution, or inventory management.
• Proficiency with inventory management systems and warehouse software.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items regularly.
• Basic computer literacy and handheld scanning device operation.

Mansioni

• Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments to verify quantities, quality, and condition against purchase orders and delivery documentation
• Recording received goods into the inventory management system with accurate descriptions, quantities, and storage locations
• Organizing and storing inventory items in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper labelling and accessibility
• Conducting regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels
• Identifying and reporting discrepancies, damaged goods, or stock variances to management
• Preparing and processing outgoing shipments, including picking items, verifying orders, and ensuring correct labelling
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organisation, adhering to health and safety standards
• Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning devices in a safe manner
• Assisting with inventory reconciliation and supporting periodic stocktakes
• Communicating effectively with team members and management regarding inventory status and potential issues
