88 Prestige Brands Inc. in Taguig City is hiring a Receiving & Dispatching Checker to join our Warehouse Team. You will verify incoming deliveries against documents and ensure SKU, quantity, size, color, and condition are correct.

The role requires detail orientation, organization, reliability, and the ability to work in a busy warehouse. You will help prevent discrepancies, run cycle counts, and support audits while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Competenze

• Senior High School graduate; college level advantageous.
• 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory, receiving, or dispatching preferred.
• Experience in retail or e-commerce warehouse operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse documentation.
• Willing to perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends or holidays when required by operations.

• Check and verify incoming deliveries against PO, DR, and other documents.
• Ensure correct SKU, quantity, size, color, variant, and product condition.
• Check outgoing orders before dispatch for accuracy.
• Identify and report shortages, excesses, damages, wrong items, and discrepancies.

• Verify stock transfers, returns, and other movements.

Job Description:

88 Prestige Brands Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Receiving & Dispatching Checker to join our Warehouse Team!

Department: Warehouse / Operations

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Receiving & Dispatching Checker, you will serve as an important check-and-balance point in our warehouse operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Checking and verifying incoming deliveries against Purchase Orders, Delivery Receipts, and other documents


• Ensuring the correct SKU, quantity, size, color, variant, and product condition are received


• Checking outgoing orders before dispatch to ensure the correct items and quantities are released


• Identifying and reporting shortages, excesses, damages, wrong items, and other discrepancies


• Conducting physical inventory checks and assisting with cycle counts


• Verifying stock transfers, returns, and other inventory movements


• Ensuring all receiving and dispatching documents are accurate and complete


• Preventing unauthorized or undocumented release of company inventory


• Coordinating with the Warehouse Team to resolve discrepancies


• Supporting warehouse audits and inventory reconciliation

QUALIFICATIONS

• Senior High School graduate; college graduate or college level is an advantage


• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory, receiving, dispatching, logistics, or checking


• Experience in retail or e-commerce warehouse operations is a plus


• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse documentation


• Willing to perform physical warehouse-related tasks


• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays when required by operations
