Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a detail‑oriented professional to manage rebate and chargeback processes, ensuring accurate eligibility, timely payouts, and clear reporting. You will review agreements, handle disputes, and coordinate with Sales, Pricing, and Finance to support pricing compliance and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in rebate/chargeback roles, strong data accuracy, and solid ERP/CRM experience (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Management or related field.
• 2+ years in chargeback/rebate processing, pricing, or financial operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high data accuracy.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.
• Experience with ERP/CRM (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce); SQL Server familiarity; Alteryx is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SPA pricing and contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Review agreements for correct customer/product setup and eligibility.
• Validate and resolve rebates within 30 days of receipt.
• Investigate disputes and reconcile discrepancies; escalate as needed.
• Communicate with customers on claim status and coordinate with internal teams.
• Manage chargeback requests and ensure policy-compliant processing.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly rebate performance reports.
• Track chargeback trends and maintain documentation.
