Qualifications

• 3+ years in real-time monitoring and scheduling within a multinational setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Engineering or IT with relevant work experience.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder influence and process management skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 scheduling environment including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workload volumes, queue performance, coverage, and service level trends.
• Coordinate schedule changes, breaks, overtime, and time-off to meet needs.
• Maintain accurate workforce data, rosters, and reporting trackers.
• Provide updates on staffing gaps, volume spikes, and risk mitigation.
• Participate in reviews and planning to align schedules with business needs.
