Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a data analytics professional to craft and maintain Power BI dashboards in a Manila-based role. You will translate business requirements into KPI-driven visuals, validate data from multiple sources, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities include data analysis, dashboard optimization, and evaluating BI tools like Tableau. Strong SQL/MSSQL experience and knowledge of BigQuery and MongoDB are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Data Visualization.
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Knowledgeable in SQL, including MSSQL.
• Experience or working knowledge of Google BigQuery.
• Working knowledge of MongoDB / NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, visualization, and KPI development.
• Experience with Power Query and data modeling is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate data insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and deliver dashboards with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop interactive and user-friendly Power BI dashboards.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business insights.
• Translate business requirements into KPIs, reports, and visualizations.
• Query, transform, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Work with both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Maintain and enhance existing dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Support the evaluation and potential adoption of Tableau.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and dashboard performance.
