• 3+ years in logistics/dispatch with hands-on data analytics.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation.
• Experience with Dispatch Management Systems, CAD, or TMS.
• Ability to make fast, data-informed decisions in a real-time setting.
• Strong communication with field teams and management.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily dispatch operations with a focus on real-time scheduling.
• Analyze metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve dispatch efficiency.
• Mentor dispatchers and operational staff, setting performance standards.
• Design and maintain reports for live field metrics and history.
• Translate data into SOPs and operational improvements.
