Recruitify_HR is looking for a Real-Time Analyst (RTA) to monitor queues and staffing levels in real time at their locations in Makati City and Davao City. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of WFM or RTA experience in a BPO setting and be proficient in MS Excel.

The position demands strong analytical and problem-solving skills along with good communication abilities. Candidates must be willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of WFM or RTA experience in a BPO setting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and WFM tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor queues, staffing and service levels in real time.
• Track attendance and schedule adherence.
• Identify and escape risks impacting performance.
• Provide immediate recommendations to address gaps.
