Cyberbacker Careers seeks an experienced Transaction Backer for the California real estate market. This remote role requires meticulous attention, proactive coordination, and independent work to keep contracts through closing organized from execution to final steps.

The candidate will oversee transactions, coordinate title/escrow, mortgage, and appraisals, and maintain client and agent communications. Remote, full-time, with competitive perks.

• Market Experience: Has Experienced in California Transaction Coordination.
• Tenure: At least 6 months of experience in Real Estate Transaction Coordination.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Soft Skills: Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Execution: Strong coordination and scheduling skills. Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Transaction Oversight: Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
• Third-Party Coordination: Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate inspections, regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc.
• Compliance Management: Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
• Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate moving/possession schedules. Schedule, coordinate, and attend the closing process.
• Data Management: Enter all client information into the client database.
