Cyberbacker Careers is seeking an experienced Transaction Backer to oversee end-to-end real estate transactions in California from contract to closing. This fully remote role suits detail-oriented, proactive professionals who can work independently from home.

You will coordinate title/escrow, mortgage, appraisals, inspections, and client communications while ensuring compliance and timely data entry. Training and ongoing support accompany daily client onboarding.

Formación

• California transaction coordination experience required.
• At least 6 months of real estate transaction coordination experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Core Responsibilities

• Transaction Oversight: Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing.
• Third-Party Coordination: Coordinate title/escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate inspections, regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents, title officer, lender, etc.
• Compliance Management: Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance.
• Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate moving/possession schedules. Schedule, coordinate, and attend the closing process.
• Data Management: Enter all client information into the client database.

Job Requirements

• Market Experience: Has Experienced in California Transaction Coordination.
• Tenure: At least 6 months of experience in Real Estate Transaction Coordination.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Soft Skills: Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Execution: Strong coordination and scheduling skills. Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
