Job summary

DCN Realty Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Recruitment and Training Specialist to build a strong Real Estate Salesperson/Agent team. You will source candidates, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews while managing the recruitment pipeline.

You will plan and conduct agent orientations, onboard new hires, and deliver basic training on policies, sales processes, lead generation, client handling, and social media marketing to boost performance and activation across our projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and onboarding of real estate agents.
• Ability to screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with social media marketing for recruitment.
• Willingness to train and coach new agents.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit potential Real Estate Salespersons/Agents through social media, job platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with applicants.
• Follow up with applicants and manage the recruitment pipeline.
• Schedule and facilitate agent orientations and onboarding.
• Conduct basic training on company policies, projects, sales processes, lead generation, client handling, and proper social media marketing.
• Assist new agents in setting up professional Facebook profiles/pages and implementing approved posting strategies.
• Coordinate product knowledge seminars and other training sessions with Sales Managers and company leaders.
• Monitor attendance, participation, and progress of newly recruited agents.
• Maintain updated recruitment records, applicant databases, and training attendance.
• Prepare recruitment announcements, job postings, and orientation schedules.
• Identify training needs and recommend activities to improve agents' sales knowledge and skills.
• Provide regular reports on applicants, hires, onboarding completion, training participation, and agent activation.
• Perform other recruitment and training-related duties assigned by management.
