PHirst Park Homes by Century Properties Group, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow a team of real estate sales professionals in Batangas City, Philippines.

The role focuses on building a productive sales team, developing client and corporate networks, and driving property sales performance. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, and guiding five or more salespersons, expanding market reach, and ensuring adherence to sales policies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in REM/Marketing/Finance/Commerce/Advertising/Sales/BA or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate.
• Strong corporate sales network and proven leadership ability.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage a minimum of five salespersons to promote PHirst Park Homes.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and motivate salespersons to hit targets.
• Generate sales opportunities through personal, corporate, community, and professional networks.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, corporate partners, and local organizations.
• Guide team in lead generation, client presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closing.
• Monitor performance and provide regular coaching and direction.
• Conduct team meetings, sales briefings, and business development activities.
• Identify new market opportunities to increase property sales.
• Stay updated on PHirst developments, pricing, promotions, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Ensure proper implementation of company sales policies, processes, and programs.
