Job summary

Office Beacon (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a proactive Sales Development Specialist to support our real estate acquisitions team. You will engage sellers, qualify leads, and book appointments with House Buying Specialists.

Lead handling includes outbound and inbound calls, scripts adherence, and meticulous CRM updates in Salesforce. You’ll work toward weekly targets and contribute to a fast-paced sales cycle with accurate record-keeping and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in cold calling, telemarketing or lead generation.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport, handle objections and persuade prospects.
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to identify potential property sellers.
• Engage inbound leads and qualify them per scripts.
• Build rapport and understand seller timelines and motivations.
• Confirm owner status and decision-making authority.
• Address objections and guide to appointment scheduling.
• Manage leads from contact to booking with timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate lead records in Salesforce for handoff to specialists.
