Job summary

Savills Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Negotiator for our on-site team in Taguig. The role involves developing business opportunities, sourcing clients, and managing end-to-end transactions with a focus on revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in real estate, strong negotiation and communication skills, and are ready to work in a collaborative, client-focused environment. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and grow with the firm.

Qualifications

Work experience in the real estate industry; sales, marketing or business development preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or related field.
1-2 years real estate experience; fresh grads welcome.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating business opportunities and generate revenue through leads.
Systematic and regular follow-up of leads for conversions.
Cross-sell other company services to clients.
Direct sourcing of clients and prospects to grow the portfolio.
Manage the end-to-end transactional process including site viewings, negotiations, and documentation.
Monitor revenue forecasts, billing, and collections; build long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with technical teams and attend industry events for market feedback.
