Job summary

Savills Philippines is seeking a proactive real estate professional for on-site work in Taguig, within the Tenant Representation team. You will support property research, leasing data management, and market analysis to drive strategic client solutions.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years in real estate is preferred. The role requires field work, 5-day weeks, and collaboration with landlords, developers, and brokers in a busy office environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years work experience in the real estate industry.

• Must be willing to work on site and do field work.
• Five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Confirm property availabilities biweekly – Premium, Grade A/B and Grade C – coordinating with landlords, developers, and brokers.
• Monitor the monthly absorption of Grade A/Premium office spaces and provide market updates to TR team.
• Ensure that stacking plans in My.Savills and the TR decks are comprehensive, updated, and 100% accurate.
• Ensure that building information and lease details in both My.Savills and the TR deck are current and precise.
• Research and estimate lease expirations for priority tenant groups: Top 50 BPO tenants, Top 20 traditional corporate tenants, Top 10 government tenants.
• Compile floor plans, CAD files, and location maps; ensure building technical specifications are accurate.
• Provide support on internal projects and initiatives as assigned.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the TR manual, ensuring consistency in listing standards.
