Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, lending, or real estate financing.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in handling sales personnel, partner networks, or field sales activities.
• Experience in real estate loans, mortgage financing, banking, or developer and broker relations is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of lead generation and client acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing activities for Real Estate Loan products.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, brokers, referral partners, and other business sources.
• Identify new sales channels, market opportunities, and potential partnerships.
• Conduct field marketing, client visits, partner meetings, and area saturation activities.
• Guide assigned sales personnel in lead generation, client handling, documentation follow‑up, and account monitoring.
• Assist clients with loan products, requirements, terms, and application procedures.
• Monitor endorsed accounts from application through approval, documentation, and release.
• Coordinate with branches and concerned departments regarding account status, requirements, and processing concerns.
• Track sales pipelines, conversion rates, partner productivity, and account movement.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, market updates, and recommendations.
• Address and escalation client, partner, processing, and sales‑related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
