Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years work experience in the real estate industry, preferably with sales, marketing, and business development background.
• Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.
• Must be willing to work on site and do field work.
• Amenable to work five (5) days a week.

Responsibilities

• Confirm property availabilities on a biweekly basis coordinating with landlords and brokers.
• Conduct research and provide updates for market tracking and analysis.
• Ensure stacking plans are comprehensive, accurately updated.
• Conduct research for estimating lease expirations for priority tenant groups.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the TR manual.
