Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Philippines is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the design, planning and construction of real estate facilities projects in line with client objectives. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules and drawings, coordinating with clients and facility management teams to ensure project success from initiation to completion.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to autonomously manage multiple priorities while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Solid project management skills with understanding of project management business.
• Experience in client relations, client management and consulting.
• Autonomously able to manage a complete project from onset through completion.
• Read and understand construction specifications and blueprints.
• Prepare and track master project budgets.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables, including scope of work, scheduling reports, and development of drawings for clients and property/facility management teams.
• Coordinate and track vendor RFQs and RFPs; review change orders and invoices.
• Lead meetings, prepare agendas and materials, maintain budgets and timelines for each project phase.
• Advise management on organizational changes and potential expenditures beyond approved budgets.
• Keep building management apprised of progress at all times.
