Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in the Philippines is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and delivery of corporate fit-out, renovation, and construction projects, working with project managers, consultants, and contractors to meet client expectations.

You will assist with scheduling, budgeting, procurement, reporting, site inspections, and documentation, while developing strong communication with stakeholders and ensuring safety and quality standards across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
• Licensed Engineer is preferred; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project coordination, corporate fit-out, renovation, construction, or related project management roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering corporate fit-out, renovation, and construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Support project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and cost control to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to manage project requirements and expectations.
• Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications and company standards.
• Prepare project reports, maintain documentation, and provide administrative and project management support to senior project leaders.
