Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager on a 12-month fixed-term basis to lead the design, planning and construction of real estate facilities projects. You will manage scope, drawings, budgets, and timelines, coordinating with clients and facilities teams to meet objectives.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of PM experience, with strong client relations, budgeting and leadership skills. MS Office proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Solid project management skills with understanding of PM business.
• Experience in client relations, client management and consulting.
• Autonomously able to manage a complete project from onset through completion.
• Read and understand construction specifications and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Management of project deliverables, including scope of work, schedules and drawings for clients and facilities team.
• Proactively manages project-related issues on an account or assigned project.
• Ensures initiation, planning, execution and completion against targets.
• Maintain high quality standards and organized electronic files.
• Prepare agendas, lead meetings, and manage budgets and timelines for each project phase.
• Coordinate approvals for organizational changes and expenditures beyond approved budget.
• Coordinate and track vendor RFQ’s and RFP’s.
• Review invoices, financial information and services for clients as requested.
• Keep building management apprised of progress at all times.
