Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Manager in the Philippines to oversee design, planning and construction of real estate facilities projects. The role involves managing scope, budgets, drawings, and coordination of resources across mechanical, electrical, civil and architectural domains.

The successful candidate will have a 5+ year track record in project management, strong client management skills, and the ability to drive projects from initiation to completion while maintaining quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in client relations and consulting.
• Ability to autonomously manage a project from onset to completion.
• Read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Prepare and track master project budgets and schedules.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of technical requirements for various project types.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical ability.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and team.

Responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables: scope, schedules, drawings, and development through construction phases.
• Proactively address project issues and keep stakeholders informed.
• Ensure initiation, planning, execution, and completion meet targets and standards.
• Maintain high quality and organized electronic files and documentation.
• Prepare agendas, lead meetings, and manage budgets and timelines for each phase.
• Obtain approvals for changes and estimate impacts on budgets.
• Coordinate vendor RFQs and RFPs and review invoices.
• Keep client and building management informed of progress.
