Job summary

RemoteVA PH is seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper with strong real estate accounting expertise and hands-on experience using Yardi Voyager. You will manage all aspects of property bookkeeping and ensure accurate financial records across multiple properties.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in bank reconciliations, AP/AR, and GL accounting, and excellent Excel and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Full-charge bookkeeping experience in the real estate/property management industry.
• Strong hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager is required.
• Solid understanding of real estate accounting and property-level financial reporting.
• Experience with bank reconciliations, AP/AR, and general ledger accounting.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Strong Excel and communication skills.
