Job summary

Santos Knight Frank is seeking a Real Estate Appraiser in the Philippines, with hybrid work arrangement (3 days on-site, 2 days remote). The role focuses on inspecting properties, researching market data, and preparing detailed appraisal reports to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate has experience in valuation and a preference for a Real Estate Management background, plus analytical and reporting strengths to support accurate assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management preferred but not required.

• Experience in property valuation and appraisal.
• Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills.
