Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy.
• 6 months to 1 year of accounting experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare and maintain accounting schedules and supporting documents.
• Assist in bank and account reconciliations.
• Support month-end closing activities, including reports and schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements for non-operating entities, subject to review.
• Ensure completeness and proper filing of accounting documents.
• Assist in audit requirements and document retrieval.
• Coordinate with internal departments for data gathering and validation.
• Perform basic analysis to ensure accuracy of accounting records.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Accounting Manager.
