Job summary

Golden Topper Investments, Inc. - Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our Pasay on-site team. You will record daily financial transactions, prepare schedules, and assist in bank reconciliations and month-end closing.

Fresh BS Accountancy graduates are welcome. The role requires basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and a willingness to learn and be trained.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy; fresh graduates welcome.
• Willing to learn and be trained.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and processes.
• Basic understanding of accounting cycle and financial statements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Willing to work on-site in Pasay City.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare and maintain accounting schedules and supporting documents.
• Assist in bank and account reconciliations.
• Support month-end closing activities, including preparation of reports and schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of Financial Statements for non-operating entities, subject to review.
• Ensure completeness and proper filing of accounting documents.
• Assist in audit requirements and document retrieval.
• Coordinate with internal departments for data gathering and validation.
• Perform basic analysis to ensure accuracy of accounting records.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Accounting Manager.
