Job summary

CF Solutions Philippines Inc. seeks a Payment Posting Lead to oversee the day-to-day Payment Posting team within Revenue Cycle Management. You will ensure accurate posting of payments, adjustments, denials, refunds, and reconciliations, while driving quality and efficient revenue capture.

You will collaborate with Billing, AR, Denials Management, and Client Services to resolve issues, analyze payment trends, and provide coaching and reports, while ensuring HIPAA and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, with a focus on payment posting.
• At least 2 years of leadership or team lead experience in an RCM environment.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing, payment posting, EOB/ERA processing, denials, and cash reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Payment Posting team to ensure productivity, accuracy, and compliance with SLAs.
• Monitor daily cash posting activities, including ERA, EOB, EFTs, checks, and patient payments.
• Ensure accurate posting of payments, adjustments, denials, write-offs, refunds, and recoupments.
• Review and resolve payment posting exceptions, unapplied cash, and posting discrepancies.
• Conduct quality audits and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and revenue realization.
• Collaborate with Billing, AR, Denials Management, and Client Services teams to resolve payment-related issues.
• Analyze payment trends, underpayments, and variances, escalating issues as necessary.
• Generate and present productivity, quality, and operational reports to management.
• Assist with employee training, onboarding, performance management, and career development.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, client requirements, and company policies.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point for complex payment posting concerns.

The RCM Payment Posting Lead is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Payment Posting team within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) department. This role ensures the accurate and timely posting of insurance and patient payments, contractual adjustments, denials, refunds, and reconciliation activities. The Payment Posting Lead serves as a subject matter expert, drives team performance, maintains quality standards, and collaborates with cross‑functional RCM teams to maximize revenue capture and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Payment Posting team to ensure productivity, accuracy, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor daily cash posting activities, including Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA), Explanation of Benefits (EOB), EFTs, checks, and patient payments.
• Ensure accurate posting of payments, adjustments, denials, write-offs, refunds, and recoupments.
• Review and resolve payment posting exceptions, unapplied cash, and posting discrepancies.
• Conduct quality audits and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
