Qualifications

• Preferably with experience in manufacturing industry and Inventory Management or related field.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word; strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate inventory of raw materials.
• Ensure proper storage of raw materials.
• Process ERP transactions accurately and timely.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of workstation.
• Verify received raw materials and storage locations.
• Verify transferred/dosed raw materials.
• Process ERP transactions such as Receiving and Transfer of raw materials.
• Maintain Raw Materials Inventory Reports and Stock Ledgers.
• Turn over reports and activities to the next shift.
• Conduct 5S.
