Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Raw Materials Handler for our Cabuyao Factory in the Philippines. The role involves receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing raw materials to support production while ensuring materials are available in the right quantity and quality.

You will maintain accurate inventory records, follow safety and environmental standards, and coordinate with procurement and production teams to prevent shortages and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming raw materials to ensure accuracy and quality compliance
• Store materials properly in designated areas following safety and inventory procedures
• Issue raw materials to production based on approved requests or schedules
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements (manual or system-based)
• Ensure proper labeling and handling of materials to avoid damage or contamination
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in audits
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams for material availability
• Follow company policies on safety, health, and environmental standards
• Keep storage and working areas organized and clean
