Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics in Manila is seeking a Business Support Assistant for the Control Tower RMT. You will manage Control Tower RMT activities, including uploading rate sheets into the GPM system, and ensuring high service quality while meeting KPIs such as quality, timeliness, and productivity.

You will proactively identify issues, recommend improvements, and support the team leader to achieve KPI targets, while aligning with DSV's QHSE policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Background in freight forwarding or logistics is advantageous.
• Experience with Tender/Rate management, Sales, and Commercial processes is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Upload carrier and client rate sheets into the GPM system, ensuring accuracy.
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency to prevent system errors.
• Communicate issues to the Trade Lane Logistics Manager and propose solutions.
• Identify process improvements and support KPI achievement.
• Update tickets and reports, ensuring timely completion within KPIs.
• Assist in report development based on customer requirements.
