Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Property Management, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Construction, Property Maintenance, or Facilities Management.
• Experience in contractor billing and payment coordination is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and scheduling tools.
• Amenable to work in Shore 1, Pasay City.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor repair schedules and progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and service providers.
• Ensure repairs are completed within target turnaround times (TAT).
• Prepare progress updates and reports for management.
