Job summary

MicroSourcing in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines is seeking a Randoms Specialist for a full-time on-site night-shift role. You will manage rosters, coordinate TRAQ uploads, run random selections, and support consortium clients with testing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Send reminders for rosters monthly and quarterly.

• Pull random selections monthly, quarterly and for consortium.
• Process updates for consortium clients including notes for testing and contact info.
• Set up user accounts, generate verification letters and process IT-related tasks for TRAQ.
• Answer phones and manage communications with consortium clients.
• Generate MIS reports and test requests; troubleshoot as needed.

Your Role

As a Randoms Specialist, you will:

• Send reminders for rosters (monthly and quarterly)
• Process rosters for uploading into TRAQ (monthly, quarterly)
• Pull random selections (monthly, quarterly, consortium)
• Process updates for consortium clients (employees, notes for not testing, terminating, contact info, etc)
• Process new consortium clients including generating company profile, contact info, generating program verification letters, setting up username and passwords for TRAQ, updating roster
• Work the random email folder as well as personal
• Answer phones
• Send reminders for consortium clients twice a quarter for testing of random selection
• Process BATs
• Attach results (both drug and alcohol) to random selection to make sure clients are meeting compliance (monthly, quarterly and consortium)
• Generate test requests
• Generate MIS reports
• Troubleshoot and/or train when clients need more personal interaction

What You Need

Non-negotiables:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong data entry skills
• Strong knowledge and use of computer programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience working in an office environment
• 1-2 years supporting customers in North America, USA
• 1-2 years inbound and outbound calls
