Responsibilities

• Performs encoding, filing, documentation, and other administrative tasks for the Radiology Department.
• Assists patients with appointments, inquiries, and basic examination-related concerns.
• Maintains accurate and confidential patient information, radiology records, reports, and imaging files.
• Coordinates with Radiologists, Radiologic Technologists, physicians, and other healthcare staff as needed.
• Retrieves and organizes radiology records and documents upon authorized request.
• Prepares monthly joint venture salary and remittance reports for submission to the Bookkeeper.
• Ensures accurate data entry, proper record management, and compliance with hospital policies.
• Demonstrates professionalism, good communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
