Job summary

AIA Philippines is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform X-ray, ultrasound, and mammography imaging with accuracy and timeliness for patients in Metro Manila.

You will schedule exams, prepare and encode images, assist doctors, maintain equipment, and ensure daily reporting while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Radiologic Technology and licensure.
• At least 1 year of experience performing radiologic procedures.
• Average communication skills and computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and prepare patients for X-ray, ultrasound, and mammogram exams.
• Perform imaging procedures as part of PME packages or per doctor’s request.
• Authorize imaging requests according to guidelines before availment.
• Assist doctors during ultrasound procedures.
• Prepare and encode images for doctor review.
• Maintain and perform regular inspections on imaging equipment.
• Monitor preventive maintenance and calibration of imaging equipment.
• Manage and ensure disposal of various waste materials.
• Maintain records of daily imaging procedures and prepare daily reports.
• Receives and records transmitted results and submits timely reports.
• Ensure sufficient inventory of supplies.
• Performs other related tasks assigned by Supervisor as required

JOB SUMMARY

• Responsible in performing imaging procedures (X-ray, Ultrasound and Mammography) and encodes them correctly and accordingly. Delivers precise and accurate as well as on-time imaging results to the patients.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedules and prepares patient for x-ray/ultrasound/mammogram exams.
• Performs imaging procedures either as part of PME packages or per doctor’s request.
• Issues approval to imaging request as appropriate based on our approval guidelines prior to availment.
• Assists doctors in the conduct of ultrasound procedures.
• Prepares images of x-ray/ultrasound/mammogram for doctor’s reading and encodes them accordingly.
• Maintains and performs regular inspection on all imaging equipment.
• Monitors and ensures that imaging equipment/machines undergo preventive maintenance and calibration as scheduled.
• Manages and ensures efficient disposal of various waste materials.
• Maintains records of all daily imaging procedures and prepares daily reports.
• Prepares and submits timely reports.

QUALIFICATIONS AND GUIDELINES

• Education : Graduate of BS Radiologic Technology and Radiologic Licensure Exam Passer
