Responsibilities

• Assist Radiologic in all ultrasound procedures and immobilize patients as required.
• Perform and record all mammography procedures and ensure aseptic technique.
• Perform and record all x-ray routine and special procedures with proper immobilization.
• Execute department standard operating procedures before and after every patient procedure.
• Provide before and after care of the assigned area and monitor room conditions.
• Report equipment malfunctions to the officer in-charge and document issues.
• Retrieve, release, and file results.

About the role

The Radiologic Technologist shall provide quality customer service to all patients and clients and abide all policies, guidelines, operating procedure standards and protocols to the Radiology Department of Allied Care Experts Medical Center CDO.

Key responsibilities

• Assists the Radiologic in all ultrasound procedures referred by attending physician. Immobilize patients as required for appropriate examinations and practice aseptic technique if necessary.


• Performs and records all mammography procedures referred by attending physician. Immobilize patients as required for appropriate examinations and practice aseptic technique if necessary.


• Performs and records all x-ray routine and special procedures referred by attending physician. Immobilize patients as required for appropriate examinations and practice aseptic technique if necessary.


• Executes department stand operating procedure before and after every patient procedure


• Performs before and after care of the assigned area.


• Monitors daily room cooling temperature, humidity and helium level of the machine.


• Understands and applies patient relation skills and explain the procedure


• Reports equipment malfunctions to the officer in-charge


• Retrieve, release and file results.

About you

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology.


• Must be a PRC license holder.


• Strong communication, interpersonal, technical, analytical and mathematical skills, empathy and compassion, time management, and attention to details abilities.


• Good moral character.
