Job summary

MicroSourcing in Pasay, Philippines, is seeking a Radio Access Network Engineer to join our on-site night-shift team. You will collaborate with cross-functional groups to design and optimize RAN networks and ensure reliable performance.

The role offers exposure to 2G/3G/4G/5G networks and opportunities for career growth within a leading offshore managed services provider. Ideal candidates bring strong wireless design skills and hands-on experience with end-to-end project implementation.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with wireless design – 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, or LTE.
• In-depth experience with end-to-end project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Assist construction with modification issues and resolutions
• Ensure accurate notes for structural/modification updates and assess crane needs and alternative solutions
• Identify and request mount modification exceptions through the approval process
• Ensure 3rd‑party SAQ documents such as MA, SA, and CDs are loaded to the E2E tool with accurate data entry based on notes and updates
• Actualize E2E process milestones and associated fields for document reviews; update scope of work, materials, and labor linked to document reviews
