Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an RF Engineer to deliver RF/EME deployment services for greenfield and upgrade sites in an onsite Eastwood, Quezon City setting. The role focuses on RF planning, design, EME compliance, and coordination with project teams to meet client requirements.

You will support senior RF engineers, engage with multiple stakeholders, ensure 100% client satisfaction, and maintain quality and safety standards across deployments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver RF Planning, Design and EME compliance requirements for deployment of Greenfield and Upgrade sites.
• Support the Lead RF Engineers in Design and EME related issues raised from the clients.
• Engaging with multiple business stakeholders.
• Implementing the most appropriate RF solutions to improve the network performance and meet the coverage objectives.
• Deciding design approaches, product specifications, technical feasibility of proposals and other engineering tasks.
• Engaging with the Project SAED and deployment teams to ensure 100% client satisfaction.
• Liaising with External stakeholders for completing the ACMA registration of the sites.
• Carry out duties as instructed and to CPS Global management satisfaction.
• Participate in development & maintenance of systems and standard procedures for project delivery.
• Contribute to a harmonious and supportive work environment with emphasis on teamwork.
• Gain understanding of client processes.
• Carry out other duties as required.

Position Summary

The RF Engineer primary focus will be the delivery of RF/EME deployment services for the SAED of the greenfield and upgrade sites.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Deliver RF Planning, Design and EME compliance requirements for deployment of Greenfield and Upgrade sites.
• Support the Lead RF Engineers in Design and EME related issues raised from the clients.
• Engaging with multiple business stakeholders.
• Implementing the most appropriate RF solutions to improve the network performance and meet the coverage objectives.
• Deciding design approaches, product specifications, technical feasibility of proposals and other engineering tasks.
• Engaging and communicating closely with the Project SAED and deployment teams to successfully complete programs of works as quickly as possible ensuring 100% client satisfaction.
• Liaising with External stakeholders for completing the ACMA registration of the sites.
• To carry out duties as instructed and to the satisfaction of CPS Global management.
• To participate in the development & maintenance of systems and standard procedures to assist CPS with the delivery of its projects whilst maintaining the quality of our service.
• To contribute to and foster a harmonious and supportive work environment with emphasis on teamwork.

Skills & Knowledge

• Expertise in 4G/5G RF site design.
• Experience with provision of EME compliance forms (Form A and Form B).
• Proficient in working with RF propagation simulation tools.
• Current knowledge of MCF Base Station Guidelines and their practical application to deployment.
• Advanced understanding of EME measurements and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge and experience of EME software.
• Proficient in working with RFNSA database and RF map2 Tool.
• Understanding of community expectations around EME.
• Experience with ACMA registration processes.
• Experience with delivery of SSRs for Greenfield sites and FRs for Upgrades.
• Experience with delivery of EBPs.Experience with Atoll.
• Proficient in using Visio Professional.
• Experience in providing Detail Plumbing Diagrams.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
