Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an ATR Subject Matter Expert in RTR to provide expert support for Record to Report processes, including review and approval of transactions and reports for complex entities. The role involves leadership, project involvement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accuracy and compliance.

The candidate should bring CPA/Accounting credentials and 4–6 years in RTR, with SAP knowledge and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
CPA license preferred.
Experience in General Ledger, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Month-end closing, Reconciliation and Consolidation.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain knowledge in RTR processes, provide support for complex transactions or during handover of entities.
Provide technical leadership and strategic direction.
Participate in project planning and execution.
Ensure project outcomes meet specifications and standards.
Create and deliver trainings to enhance team performance.
Identify opportunities for improvement and propose corrective actions.
Collaborate with the team to address customer needs and issues.
Ensure GAAP and Global Accounting Policies compliance.
Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Contribute to R2R Tower leadership and goals.
