Job summary

EPTA Group in the Philippines is seeking a RECORD TO REPORT SPECIALIST to join our finance team for the Germany unit. You will prepare and process manual journal entries, run intercompany reconciliations, close periods in the ERP, and ensure timely data delivery to the corporate consolidation system.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in accounting, 3–5 years in an SSC/BPO, proficiency in English (B2+), and working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in an SSC/BPO accounting environment.
• Proficient in English (B2+ level).
• Experience with SAP and MS Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and processes manual journal entries in line with policies and standards.
• Performs complex calculations to support journal entries.
• Performs intercompany reconciliation and accounting.
• Prepares accurate reconciliations to protect general ledger integrity.
• Manages multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines and period-end schedules.
• Executes period-end closing activities in the ERP system and verifies balances.
• Submits period-end data to the corporate consolidation system timely and accurately.
• Responds to inquiries from business unit finance and provides clarification on balances.
• Supports internal and external audits with complete documentation.
