Job summary

Epta Refrigeration Phils. Inc. seeks a Record To Report Senior Specialist in the Philippines to support month-end close, journal entries, and intercompany reconciliation while ensuring the integrity of the general ledger.

The role requires 3–5 years in an SSC/BPO environment, proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. Fluent English (B2+) is expected for daily collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

3–5 years in an SSC/BPO environment.
IT knowledge: SAP and MS Office tools.
Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
Participation in Fire Life Safety training and adherence to guidelines.

Responsibilities

Prepares and processes manual journal entries in compliance with policies and standards.
Performs complex calculations to support accurate journal entries.
Performs intercompany reconciliation and accounting.
Prepares accurate reconciliations to ensure general ledger integrity.
Manages multiple responsibilities with strict deadlines and period-end schedules.
Executes period-end closing activities in the ERP system and verifies balances.
Submits period-end data to corporate consolidation in a timely manner.
Responds to inquiries from finance teams with clarifications on balances.
Supports audit processes by delivering complete documentation.
