Job summary

Bostik Philippines, Inc. seeks an experienced Record to Report (R2R) Accountant with Spanish-speaking preference to join our finance team in Metro Manila. You will ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with corporate standards across R2R processes, supporting business decisions with reliable data.

The role requires 5+ years in R2R, SAP and OneStream proficiency, and strong English communication. Flexibility for month-end US hours and collaboration across regions is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a Shared Services Center is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of R2R processes and accounting treatments.
• Proficiency in SAP and OneStream; advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Spanish fluency preferred; English communication required.
• Flexible with work schedules and US month-end hours.
• Experience with month-end close and France calendar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all financial accounting activities comply with policies, regulations, and accounting standards in a timely and accurate manner.
• Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation.
• Provide technical expertise in Record to Report processes and resolve complex queries or escalations.
• Review financial reports, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Prepare schedules and compile supporting documentation for audits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide tax-related information for annual tax computation and estimates.
• Support Fixed Assets processes, including asset creation and updating, capitalization, and tagging.
• Participate in project management related to master data creation and capitalization timelines.
• Perform CTA and Fixed Assets Accounting responsibilities as defined in the Financial Target Operating Model.
